Running the remote help agent

After your file downloads run/open the file.

Windows will give you a warning because it does not know the file.

Click the "More Choices" option

Click on "Open Anyway"


My remote assist agent will then open and you can click on connect for one time help, or click install to install the help agent on your computer for easy help in the future.


Apple Mac

After the file downloads open and install it.

Open the program and you will need to allow screen recording, Apple calls it screen recording but it is needed to allow your Mac to send video of your desktop to me.
